Candidate Bio: Robert E. Kennah

A resident of Parker for nearly 20 years, Robert Kennah cares deeply about our community’s future and has the professional experience to serve our community as a member of the Parker Water Board.

Robert is Vice President and Senior Design Build Manager at Systra USA. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming.

Robert is a licensed professional engineer with over 25 years of project management experience.  He has performed key interdisciplinary engineering, design management, and oversight roles on high-profile transportation projects throughout the United States and Canada. He has successfully led and delivered large-scale multi-billion-dollar transportation projects. This experience includes his role collaborating with municipalities, utility districts, public transportation, and governmental agencies. As a result, Robert has a thorough understanding of national, state, county, and local standards and codes that govern public assets.

Robert has a strong background in business development and delivering transportation projects from initiation through final completion and acceptance. This has put him among the elite of professionals entrusted with complex and challenging assignments. Throughout the course of his career, he has demonstrated top-to-bottom communication, understood the needs and goals of stakeholders, and created an environment of collaboration and trust.

At home in Parker, he has been an active community leader by serving on both the Parker Landmark Commission and the Parker Planning Commission. Robert values the importance of giving back to the community through active participation in public outreach and volunteering.
