July 20, 2017: District Operators will begin flushing on Wednesday, May 24th and will continue throughout the summer months. Operators are currently flushing on Mainstreet, west of Parker Rd.
As part of the District’s waterline maintenance program, Operators will be working in various neighborhoods flushing, exercising valves and testing hydrants on a regular basis. This work may result in temporary red or discolored water. Information on "red water" is available in the FAQ’s (click "FAQ" button on any PWSD website page).
Specific area updates will continue to be provided as information becomes available on this site. Additional line maintenance work continues throughout the summer. Please watch for District contractors ERP, QPS and/or TW Summit, as well as PWSD vehicles in the area. We appreciate your support and help in keeping our operators and contractors safe!
