Construction activities for the expansion of Rueter-Hess Reservoir from 16,200 acre feet to 72,000 acre feet is under way. The camera is on the East side of the reservoir and automatically visits 14 preset locations. It remains at each location for 30 seconds to a minute - generally panning from South to North.
