Mary Spencer - President of the Board and Parker Water Customer

Serving as President, Mary’s proven leadership continues to provide residents with reliable, quality, and cost-efficient water services. Complete with her years of financial experience, remarkable honesty, and dedication to the community, she remains comfortable facing the tough decisions. A team player, Mary respects differences in opinion and hearing the individual voice. Perhaps that’s why the people elected Mary (twice) to help govern their water and wastewater services.

Personal: Parker resident since 1999, Mary’s hobbies include playing golf, travel, fossil hunting, reading, quilting and spending quality time with her family.

Active: Community Board of Directors, Parker Adventist Hospital

In December 2007, Mary was unanimously approved and appointed to serve on the Community Board of Parker Adventist Hospital. Mary also active served as a Director on the Board of the Downs Homeowners Association.

She has spent the last twenty-eight years of her professional career in the banking industry. Currently, she is the Assistant Vice President in the commercial loan department at Mile High Banks in Cherry Creek.
