Parker Water & Sanitation District now offers secure On-Line Bill Payment. Click the Pay on-line with E-Pay link below.
Note: Credit Card payment is now available through the e-Payment link only. A small convenience fee will be assessed based on the transaction amount. This fee is charged by the processing company, NOT Parker Water & Sanitation District.
e-Payments
Follow the e-Pay Link above. You will need your Parker Water Account Number each time you log in.
When to make them
Payments are due upon receipt, but no later than the last day of the month.
Drop box payments
We have a 24-hour drop box for payment convenience. For your security, please do not leave cash payments in the drop box.
If your account is in danger of disconnect, and you visit during business hours, please bring your payment in to the office rather than leaving it in the drop box to ensure prompt processing.
Rules regarding Budget Billing
- Payment must be made monthly, no later than the last day of the month.
- Failure to pay, or paying a reduced amount will result in termination of the Budget Billing agreement.
- ACH works very well with Budget Billing, since the amount due is the same every month.
The District does not accept credit card payments via telephone.

About e-Statements
e-Statements are now available, the link above will allow you to sign up to access your statements on-line. From the login page, select “Click here to enroll.” At the Authentication page, enter the Account Name and Billing ID from your last mailed statement and follow the prompts. Parker Water & Sanitation District e-Statements are now available. Click the e-Statements link below.
