DISTRICT SERVICES TECHNICIAN

Parker Water & Sanitation is accepting applications for a full-time District Services Technician. 

Duties include building maintenance such as painting, roofing, dry walling and carpentry.  Additional duties include snow removal from driveways and walkways plus landscape maintenance and improvement tasks such as irrigation repair, mulch and sod installation, tree and shrub planting, and native area mowing.

Requires minimum of three years experience in grounds and general facilities maintenance; and operation and maintenance of fleet vehicles and light-to-heavy motorized equipment.  Must have or be able to obtain a CO Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement and with airbrake restriction removed. 

Beginning rate $18.41 to $21.17/hour depending on qualifications. Excellent benefit package includes retirement and paid health and dental insurance.
