Duties include building maintenance such as painting, roofing, dry walling and carpentry.  Other duties include snow removal from driveways and walkways.  Requires minimum of three years experience in grounds and general facilities maintenance; and operation and maintenance of fleet vehicles and light-to-heavy motorized equipment.  Must have or be able to obtain a CO Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement and with airbrake restriction removed.

Starting rate $16.66 or depending on qualifications. Excellent paid benefits.

Parker Water and Sanitation District is accepting applications for a full-time industrial electrician. 

Successful candidates must have a minimum of five years experience with progressively increased responsibility as an electrician.  Position requires knowledge and experience in preventive maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications to motors, controllers, power supplies and transformers associated with water production and wastewater treatment. Must be able to obtain a class “B” CDL with Hazmat endorsement.

A Colorado Journeyman’s License a plus, experience with Variable Frequency Drives, Instrumentation Equipment, PLC’s, soft - start equipment and SCADA is highly desirable. 

Salary range from $ 20.87 to $32.88 depending on experience and license.  Excellent benefits include company paid health/dental and life insurance plus retirement plan.
